Terms of Service

GoPuppy offers grooming and medical services for pets, from our vans at your address within our service areas, and at our store. The services, packages and prices on this website are for information and may change; what applies to your booking is what we confirm when you book.

• You can book on WhatsApp, by phone or at our store. A booking is confirmed once we confirm it to you.
• Please give us accurate details about yourself, your address and your pet, and tell us when they change.
• Be reachable at the appointment time, and make sure our team can get to the address and park the van nearby.
• Appointment times are our best estimate: traffic and earlier appointments can move them. We will tell you if your groomer is running late.

If you need to change or cancel a booking, tell us as early as you can, on WhatsApp or by phone. We may also need to move a booking ourselves, for example because of traffic, weather, a breakdown or a safety concern; if so, we will contact you to agree a new time.

• The price is the one we confirm for your booking. It depends on the services you choose and on your pet.
• If your pet needs something you did not book, we will ask you before doing it.
• You pay when the service is done, by one of the payment methods we accept, unless we agree otherwise when you book.

• Before each visit, tell us about anything that affects how we should handle your pet: illnesses, allergies, injuries, recent surgery, pregnancy, anxiety or aggressive behaviour.
• Our team may pause, change or stop a service if your pet is distressed, aggressive or unwell, or if carrying on would not be safe for your pet or for them. We will explain why.
• Grooming can reveal problems that were already there, such as skin conditions, matted coats or parasites. We will tell you what we notice, but grooming is not a veterinary diagnosis.
• For our medical services, our vets will explain the treatment and ask for your agreement before giving it.

• We use WhatsApp to arrange your bookings, send you updates about them and answer your questions.
• We message you only once you have agreed to hear from us. Reply STOP (or إيقاف) at any time to stop our messages.
• Please do not send us sensitive information we have not asked for, such as bank card details.
• Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms, and your mobile provider’s usual data charges may apply.

We may decline or cancel a booking, or stop serving a customer, for example if our team is treated abusively, if a booking would put people or animals at risk, or if earlier services were left unpaid.

The text, photos and logos on this website belong to GoPuppy. You may browse them and share links to them, but not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission. We try to keep the website accurate, but it is provided as is and may change at any time.

We take care of every pet as if it were our own, and we are responsible for harm caused by our negligence. Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee, or for problems caused by information about your pet that we were not given. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Egyptian consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. If we cannot settle a disagreement together, it will be decided by the competent courts in Cairo.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and each booking is covered by the terms in force when it was made.
